The unit ensures that FCMS buildings are in a good condition, and to suggest recommendations for improvement.
Major Functions
- Prepares a preventive maintenance plan to ensure the maintenance of the buildings of FCMS.
- Monitors the implementation of the plans.
- Conducts daily rounds and propose recommendations for corrective maintenance.
- Supervises and check to make sure that FCMS buildings are clean and the environment is proper for the students and staff.
- Follow up with the maintenance work and fix if any problem occurs.
- Ensures all classrooms and laboratories are fine and the facilities are working properly.
