Documents required to apply for undergraduate programs

Four copies of each document are required:

• General Certificate of Secondary Education (Science Section)
• Result of the General Aptitude Test (Qudorat)
• Result of the Standard Achievement Test (Tahseely)
• Personal Photos.
• Pass the personal interview and the English language test.
• Pass a medical check-up as specified by FCMS
• Payment of Registration and Seat Reservation fees (Non-Refundable)

Documents required to apply for Postgraduate programs.

Four copies of each document are required:

• Bachelor’s degree certificate from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor cumulative GPA not less than 3.75/5 (Very Good).
• Internship Certificate.
• Transcript of bachelor’s degree program.
• Saudi license for health professionals( Nursing or another applicable field).
• English language test (TOEFL= 600, or an equivalent ILETS=6.5).
• Valid BLS Certificate.
• Three Recommendation letters.
• No objection letter from the current employer.
• National Identity card /Iqama.
• Personal photos (4)
• Pass the personal interview and English language test.
• Pass a medical check-up as specified by FCMS
• Payment of Registration and Seat Reservation fees (Non-Refundable)
