FCMS Celebrates a Prestigious Research Grant Awarded to Dr. Sara Elfarrash

Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences (FCMS) takes great pride in celebrating a significant achievement in the field of medical research. Hevolution Foundation, dedicated to advancing innovative studies in aging and healthspan, has announced 14 new grant recipients in the second round of the Saudi Arabia Open Call for Grants—bringing the total investment to SAR 20 million across two rounds.

Among the distinguished grantees, we proudly recognize Dr. Sara Elfarrash, Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiological Sciences at FCMS, for securing a research grant for her groundbreaking project, “Al-SAHA”—a longitudinal study focused on healthy aging in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Elfarrash is actively progressing in the research process, striving toward meaningful scientific outcomes that will contribute to the advancement of healthcare and aging studies in the Kingdom.
